Who publishes Auditario
Auditario publishes and maintains this website. Auditario is a prelaunch product and engineering effort focused on explainable 3PL invoice review for ecommerce teams. Questions and correction requests can be sent to hello@auditario.com.
Why this material exists
The educational library helps an operator trace a billed charge to the governing document, unit, input quantity, formula, evidence state, and next action. It is designed to make incomplete evidence visible—not to turn every unusual charge into a provider allegation or a recovery claim.
The website has one primary subject: evidence-first 3PL billing review. It does not publish pages for unrelated trending topics or manufacture near-duplicate pages for every wording of a search query.
How content is researched, drafted, and checked
- Start with primary material. Public contracts, official rate cards, and official documentation are recorded with the original URL, retrieval date, byte count, and SHA-256 digest. The public source register makes the committed research set inspectable.
- Separate source structure from example data. Public document structures may inform a test fixture, but merchant identities, quantities, dates, and amounts remain synthetic unless rights-cleared evidence is explicitly identified.
- Keep money deterministic. Worked arithmetic follows exact formulas with cited inputs; synthetic worked examples remain labeled synthetic. AI may assist drafting or document extraction, but it is not source evidence and cannot calculate, certify, or upgrade money owed.
- Test the public boundary. Automated checks verify canonicals, internal links, structured data, synthetic labels, and the current prelaunch disclosure. Tests reduce drift; they do not replace a qualified human review.
- Date material changes truthfully. A page’s updated date changes for a substantive correction, evidence addition, or method change—not merely to create an appearance of freshness.
For the decision rules behind the articles, read the 3PL invoice audit methodology. For the raw-source inventory and the regressions it changed, inspect the 3PL billing document corpus.
Corrections and change control
Send the page URL, the statement at issue, and supporting source material to hello@auditario.com. Material corrections should update the page date and, where evidence or policy changed, the relevant source register or methodology note. The corpus article keeps a visible version note so source additions are not silently blended into earlier research.
What the current content cannot establish
- No universal market benchmark: the engineering corpus does not measure prevalence across providers or merchants.
- No provider endorsement or allegation: naming a public document or layout identifies research input, not provider approval or misconduct.
- No customer result: synthetic examples do not show money submitted, credited, recovered, or landed.
- No substitute for a reader’s contract: each agreement, amendment, invoice, operating fact, and dispute window must be evaluated on its own evidence.
Auditario is prelaunch: secure document intake is not open, there are 0 certified publication cells, and $0 is presently claimable. See the current product status, inspect the synthetic audit sample, or return to the 3PL invoice audit resource library.
