1. The current service
Auditario currently provides public information about a planned evidence-first 3PL invoice-review product, a methodology page, synthetic examples, and a waitlist. The authenticated merchant product is not available.
There is no public login, upload workspace, Shopify integration, account, subscription, automated dispute service, or AutoPilot capability. Descriptions of those capabilities explain a planned direction; they are not a promise that a feature is available or will launch on a particular date.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist records interest in future availability. It does not:
- create a merchant account or customer relationship;
- guarantee access, eligibility, timing, support, or a particular feature;
- reserve a price or plan;
- authorize Auditario to access Shopify, contact a provider, or act for a merchant;
- create an audit, finding, dispute, credit request, or recovery record; or
- permit submission of invoices, contracts, rate cards, personal data, or other confidential documents.
Waitlist data is handled as described in the privacy notice. Auditario may contact you about early access, qualification, or product research using the email supplied.
3. Synthetic samples and product previews
Reports, dashboard screens, issue views, invoice views, dates, organizations, findings, and amounts labeled Fictional, Synthetic, Illustrative, or Product concept are invented examples. They are provided to explain a method or possible interface.
A sample is not a customer result, benchmark, case study, guarantee, provider adjudication, provider allegation, audit opinion, or representation that a similar result will occur on other evidence.
The generated synthetic audit sample is intentionally conservative. Its $0 claim-ready result is specific to that fictional run and its stated coverage. It is neither proof that real invoices contain no discrepancies nor evidence that a real provider billed incorrectly.
4. Planned pricing and commercial terms
Any displayed plan name, price, free-audit description, guarantee, billing method, feature allocation, or launch offer is planned and nonbinding until Auditario presents a separate order or subscription agreement and accepts it.
Waitlist submission is free and does not initiate billing. No payment information is accepted on this site. Auditario may change, delay, limit, or withdraw planned pricing and features before commercial launch.
5. Provider independence
Auditario is an independent prelaunch product. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any 3PL, ecommerce platform, carrier, insurer, software vendor, or other provider named in explanatory material.
Provider names and marks may be used only to identify documented file-layout shapes, publicly described services, compatibility targets, or future integration plans. Their appearance does not allege that the provider made a billing error or accepted any Auditario finding. All provider marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. No legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice
Website content and samples are general product information, not legal, accounting, tax, financial, insurance, or contract-interpretation advice. They do not replace review by the merchant, its advisers, or the relevant provider.
Dispute windows, notice clauses, payment obligations, waiver, lien, settlement, and full-satisfaction terms can carry legal consequences. Do not rely on a website example to send a notice, withhold payment, make an accusation, or waive a right. The merchant remains responsible for its commercial decisions and any communication it sends.
7. Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful business evaluation. You must not:
- submit confidential documents or personal data through the waitlist;
- attempt to interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the site's security or anti-abuse controls;
- misrepresent your identity or authority to submit another person's information;
- copy a fictional sample without its disclosure in a way that presents it as a real customer or provider outcome;
- use Auditario content to make a false or misleading allegation; or
- use the Auditario name, logo, design, or content in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
8. Content and ownership
The Auditario name, logo, visual design, website text, synthetic examples, and original methodology presentation are owned by Auditario or used with permission. These terms allow you to view the site for evaluation; they do not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce, sell, sublicense, or create misleading derivative materials.
Links to third-party sites are provided for context or contact convenience. Auditario does not control those sites or their availability, terms, or privacy practices.
9. Availability, accuracy, and liability
Auditario aims to describe the prelaunch state accurately and to correct material errors. The website is nevertheless provided on an “as available” basis. It may change, contain an error, or be unavailable, and no uninterrupted availability is promised.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auditario disclaims implied warranties relating to this prelaunch website and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on a fictional sample, planned feature, nonbinding price, or general informational content. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
Auditario may update these terms as the public site changes. A new effective date will be posted above. If the merchant product opens, separate product, data-processing, billing, and authorization terms may be presented before access or use.
